The Fund invests predominantly in developed markets and targets an annual return of US Consumer Price Inflation plus 3-5%* over any rolling three-year period. It aims to achieve this by combining growth investments that are undervalued relative to their prospects with more defensive yielding securities. Actively employing downside protection strategies and investing across asset classes mitigates large drawdowns while allowing for moderate capital appreciation.

The Fund is also available as a feeder fund, High Street Global Balanced Prescient Feeder Fund, accommodating Rand investment. This provides an easy way to access offshore funds as no SARS clearance is required. It may be a useful consideration for Tax-Free Savings Accounts (TFSA) enabling investors to avoid capital gains. For trusts and companies, it provides offshore exposure for capital confined within our borders.
